I wanted to reach out and share my sincere gratitude for a JOB WELL DONE. Ed from TrioSpa had a large part in the success of Snap Fitness' grand re-opening and member appreciation day event held on March 5, 2011, and I couldn't thank Ed and Caitlin enough for all of their time, attention and hard work that went towards Snap's event. Some lucky members received free chair massages courtesy of TrioSpa at the event. Furthermore, Ed's attention to detail and his endless patience, along with his event management experience, really made the grand opening a success despite the rain that day! I just had my first Brazilian with Kathy, and I must say, I am impressed. I was freaking out a bit initially, but Kathy is amazing. She doesn't make it feel awkward at all, and she talks to you the whole time to distract from the pain. I barely even felt the pain, really. To anyone that is on the fence about getting a Brazilian, DO IT. As long as Kathy is your esthetician, you will NOT regret your decision.

I had the most relaxing massage at Tri Spa. Ed was very friendly made me feel very comfortable. I got to choose my music and aroma during my massage which I have never gotten the pleasure of chosing before!! He focused in on my upper back which is where I have the most problems and asked me several times during the massage if it was too hard or to apply more pressure. I will definately be going back for a massage and also to visit his wife Kathy for a facial!! They are a husband and wife business and I really liked that!

I went in for a Brazilian Wax after not being in for 2 months. Expecting a somewhat painful experience, and not looking forward to meeting a new esthetician for this exact process, I was put at ease immediately once I started chatting with Cathy. She is sweet and funny and personable, and the best part was that by the time she had finished, she was so great and gentle, that I hadn't even realized she had started the most sensitive part, but we were already done! And just to top it all off, I got my appointment in last minute. Kathy was very willing to work with my hectic schedule and got me in sooner than I thought possible.

I was fortunate to catch their TruBates deal and I'm so glad I did. Best Brazilian I've ever had! Virtually pain less and Kathy is so sweet and makes you feel very comfortable. She took her time and made it pain free and the results are probably the best I've had from receiving a full wax. Will definitely try their other services as well. Highly recommend!

Definitely coming back here! Kathy took the awkwardness out of getting a brazilian done from the start, introduced herself and got to know me. Talked me through the whole thing it was over in no time and surprisingly a lot less painful then strip waxing, which I'll never go back to thanks to Kathy :) She was also very knowledgable and able to explain the benefits of the different types of hair removal processes out there. And even walked me through how to stop my annoying ingrown hairs along with a roll on product she recommended. No other place I had been to in the past had been that helpful in helping find a solution to my ingrown hairs, they just told me the obvious that I'm more prone to them because I have corse curly hair...

I had a 90 minute treatment with Ed. I get massage regularly, but this was far above expectations. He took the time to speak to me about treatment goals and the plan for the massage. He was thorough and easy to speak to. The massage itself was fantastic, it was exactly what I was hoping to receive. One thing that stood out to me was Ed's superior draping skills.
